Sign up for service options at one of our partner camps. Pricing starts at $275 for a round trip and is determined by geographic location.

You pack the bags, and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll pick up your summer trunks from your front doorstep, or even inside your home!

Stress Less

We handle the rest! We hand-deliver your camper’s luggage to camp before they arrive. At the end of the summer, we’ll pick up the luggage from camp and return it to your doorstep!

FAQ

  • Campers registered with one of our partner camps are eligible for service. We provide door-to-door pickups in the Northeastern United States.

  • Pricing begins at $275 round-trip for two standard pieces (regular sized duffle bags and hard trunks). Additional fees may apply for oversized items, extra items, and customers residing outside of our Tier 1 delivery radius.

  • Sign-ups begin in December 2025 for the 2026 Camp Season.

  • Duffles (standard and super sized), hard trunks, bicycles, boxes, sports equipment, sleeping bags - just about anything!

    Most camps will send out a packing list and include “what not to bring” - Double Time Luggage prohibits items that can cause damage to others’ belongings, such as liquids, lithium batteries, and flammable materials. Please don’t send high-value items or medication — those items should be on the bus with your camper.

    We will send a full “Packing Do’s and Don’ts” list upon sign up.
